Update on Money Tool Box transaction. I have contacted the company and I was able to resolve the situation. They will not refund my money to my bank account but will send me a pre-paid card with the $29.95 plus $1.05 extra (whoo hoo. lol) as sort of a I am sorry. I am not sure why some people can't get through. They are based in Utah and I guess there is a storm out there so that may explain the wait time for some. I was told the card was mailed out today and if I don't receive it by next Friday to call them back. Here is the number for those that don't have it.
1-888-485-3158-- Wait time isn't long and the reps are all females so far. They have all been nice and understanding. They deal with over 500 clients for Payday loans but have no idea without looking it up through headquarters who the actual company was that tried to debit the money. So this may be a scam it may not be. Depends on if I get that card with my refund. Hope this helps some of you guys out there a little anyway. My bank won't do anything yet cause it is still processing, but if it doesn't post after three days then it goes back in. We will see what happens. Good luck to all.
