Went on a website advertising Mystique Anti-aging Cream "free" trial sample, only pay P&P of £2.49 and "guided" to trial a second product. When trying to click on "Terms and Conditions" I got taken straight to payment and delivery details. Although the two products were posted in one envelope, I noticed that I'd been charged twice £2.49. Two weeks later I noticed that I had two further amounts taken from my account, one for £79.95 and one for £59.95. I immediately phoned my bank. They informed me that this company had set up a monthly direct debit for these amounts. I then asked them to cancel this card and issue me with a new card and pin so that I am charged no further monies by these idiots. The bank will be trying to recover this money on my behalf. They did say that they'd had many complaints about this company.
I suggest that we all as a group make a complaint to Trading Standards and report them to BBC Watchdog. I would love to see them being "grilled" on the show.
