I contacted Jail Call Solutions to obtain a local (Seattle Washington number) so that I could receive telephone calls from my son. Jail Call Solutions took the money from my bank account on Friday at 11:00 a.m. To date I have not received a "local number". I believe this to be scamming - I have 5 different telephone numbers regarding this company that no person ever answers the phone. I've contacted Capital One - when the charge posts to my account they will attempt to "dispute" the item. In the interim they suggested I file a police report - I am also going to report a case with the FBI as this is "wire fraud". Here are some of the numbers associated with this company: 214-810-2280 214-810-6247 214-810-5271 315-368-0473 JCS Address 3824 Cedar Springs Road, Suite 587 Dallas, TX 75219 I've received 6 e-mails and one text message stating that within 24 hours of payment they will contact me to provide me with a local number. To date after calling all of the number above NO ONE has contacted me or answered the more than 30 phone calls I've made to this company. I will capture and print all of the e-mails an text message to support this complaint. It is sad enough to torture someone emotionally knowing you cannot help your child and then to top it off with scamming - I want to make sure every criminal act they are involved with will not happen to some poor other woman trying to reach and speak with her child. In the interim, I've contacted another service provider and was given a local number within 60 minutes and have been able to speak to my son for a charge of$40.00.

I've filed this police report with the San Antonio Police Department and I will also contact my local FBI Office on Monday morning as this constitutes wire fraud.
