I am submitting on behalf Randy Trim. He paid for a pair of Puma Women's Rudolf Dassler Uberschuh Fold shoes, intending to give them to me for a gift. The $135.83 was taken out on 5/11/12 and we have yet to receive the merchandise. He was given a tracking number that was invalid and we have both sent e-mails that have not been returned. At this point we just want the money back! The charge description was "Beauty Room Clothing Suzhou." Please help.
