Scammers telephoned my father, claiming to be from Microsoft. They set up remote access on my dad's computer, and charged him $450.00 on his credit card for fixing the computer. The printed invoice confirming the credit card payment identified the Thai Bazaar Intertrade Co. Ltd. as the Merchant, and WWW.SIAMPAY.COM as the payment processor.

- I was contacted by someone ,thought it was microsoft.Purchased a software program for $230 US,the program did not download right.I contacted thai bazaar intertrade co.via e-mail,told them what happened and they refunded my money.The problem was solved quickly and to my satisfaction.you might try that approach.I sent them the payment transaction via e-mail to have the info for the refund.
