I received my credit card statement with a $29.95 charge. I called the credit company, Bank on America. they connected me to the merchant. I could not understand him and the credit card representative told me what he was saying. I had to get on line to fill out a refund request. I canot get to the site and came to a page filled with many complaints about this company. I was afraid to download a web site that was blocked, saying it may not be trustworthy.
