We ordered some SD cards, for which we have an invoice. We sent the money to them via Western Union to the email: [email protected], (Personal Info Removed). The invoice was sent to us along with business permits to try and show that they are real. They had promised that the package would arrive in 3-5 days. However, after payment, Erika did not respond for a few days and had an excuse that there was some kind of holiday in China. She then provides a DHL tracking number. A week goes by and the tracking number is never valid. So I contact them back and she then provides a different tracking number that is not DHL but parcel. Another week goes by without the tracking number being active. After a week the tracking is finally active. The package arrives another week later. When I get the package and open it, it doesn't contain what was ordered. There is some $5 cheap chinese cell phone in the box, instead of our order!. I then contact Erika back (very frustrated at this point) and says that they sent the wrong shipment. They REFUSE to pay for the cost of shipping the package back to them and the also deny the shipment of the original order. So we send the package back on the 18th of may of 2012, we provide a tracking number and email Erika back. Since then, I have sent several emails and have not heard back.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ERIKA OR YUANDONG-ELECTRONIC.COM, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND ALSO SOME HAIR. THEY ARE DISHONEST THIEVES.

  • Absolutely same happened to me. Ordered 50 Leather USB flash drives from Erika, the scenario was just same as described walexander81. Sent them back their cheapest phone and no more replies from them.
    I am going to place a complaint to FBR. What else can I do to cause them troubles and stop them?

    K_Drawil, my skype is walexander81. We can connect there and do something about this. Since I shipped the phone back, I have written to "Erika" through different email addresses and no response. We need to do something about this.

  • So far it has been impossible to get back in touch with "Erika". Also it looks like the site "Yuandong-electronic.com" was taken down. I'm sure they have been doing this for a long time. They just buy a new domain name, a do it all over again, re-ship the same phones as "wrong shipment" and then they get them shipped back to them to buy some time while they scam more people. Then they disappear and so on.

  • I also obtained 2 cheapest cell phones. The web site is offline and the broad Erika if still reading my emails i sent my regards, fucking cunt.
