Organa Slim/Organa Cleanse

I was online and saw these 2 products advertised at a good rate so decided to order them. Paid R39 (I am in South Africa) per product with my credit card. Received Organa Cleanse but never Organa Slim. Imagine my horror when I saw an amount of R957 ($120) taken off my credit card by the same people who had charged for the two products. Called the number and it went through to a call centre, could not understand what the agent kept telling me as he had a very, very strong Indian accent and his English was really bad. Queried the amount and he said it was a trial so that amount would be deducted from my card every month. No where on the site does it say that this will happen. It does say it is a trial for R39 per item. I put a stop to my credit card and wrote them a complaint. Their reply? Tough luck for you basically. Tough that you paid for Organo Slim and have never received it and too bad, we can't refund you your R957 either.

I am sure they are coining it because there are so many people desperate to lose weight. But how does one go about putting a stop to this? I tried to put a comment on their website but it is monitored and has never appeared, probably because it was warning people and not a gushing positive mail.
