Purchased boots from webshoeshops.com thinking it was a legitimate site given I could purchase through Paypal. Never received product and after opening claim with Paypal, seller provided a tracking number to Paypal which was for a small envelope with a folded up piece of paper. Total scam. Paypal indicated they don't have record of other customers getting scammed by this seller yet on this site and others, it's well documented over the past month or two - make sure you report so they can be shut down!
