He came to me by giving me his H/P no and e-mail as Kevin Joe working in oilrig
with Petronas. He was so convincing to me because he send me his photos working in the off-shore oilrig. He told me to lend him this amount because his contract with Petronas needs the pipe from China as soon as possible so he gave me the name of the woman with this agency and her account number as well. He promised to pay me back end of April after Petronas pay him his cheque. I trusted him but now he just kept quiet and did not reply my call or e-mail till today.
