I orderedthe Dermapure free trial and paid the 1.99 USD charge, received the product and after trying it for three days my face got swollen and started to peel off. I stopped using the product and ended up having to visit my dermatologist two times. This happened in April. When I was balancing my credit card statement I noticed two strange charges in my account and to my surprise learned after calling my credit card company to report a possible fraud, that it was the dermapure company who made the charges. Five charges all together from the company: one for the shipping of the trial, two foreign transaction fees and two more full product charges which I did not even received! I tried to call the company and the numbers listed don't work. I hope my credit card company is able to get through and recover the money this company stole from me.
