I signed up for a free sample and they keep sending me more and charging me US$104 x 2 per month [BioCleanse andBioSlim]. I emailed them and complained and they said they would stop them and refund the money but they haven't done either a month after they said they would. There are no contact details on the package nor shipping form or invoice inside so they obviously do not want to be contacted. Please note that I have lost $1,040 but the amount is bound to escalate as there appears to be no way to stop the monthly charges.

- if you used a debit card the get ready of it and get a new one that is what my bank told me to do and i reported it to my bank that i did not authorized that transacton and they are going to try and get it bacl. i try those things first.

- Thanks, Roxanne. My bank says their credit card facility will file a dispute but the maximum they can get back is 3 months of payments. I note that Rainmaker, the distributor, has broken the Terms and Conditions of use in two ways.... one, they have charged me US$16 dollar more per order than the agreement says and two, they say they will only accept returns if I give my RMA number but they have never given me one nor do they put a packing slip or invoice in the package with one. Nor did they ever send out an order confirmation which might have had an RMA. They obviously make it impossible to stop the orders or get a refund.
