Received complementary round trip ticket voucher from sky group for travel anywhere in the continental US for attending 90 minute presentation on the sea to ski vacation club. The voucher (wonderland incentives) said that you would have to pay an activation fee of $35.00 per person at the time of activation and that you would be responsible to pay your taxes, all services charges, fuel surcharges, additional security and surcharges due to 911 which would range between $50-65 per person. I mail back the activation form with the required $70.00 fee. What I expected to get back from their advertised promotion was information to schedule my flight. Instead, I received another package with a whole bunch of instructions and restrictions that must be followed to the T or the process would be void. Payment of another $25.00 per person was also required as a processing fee. Plus it had to be by postal check and certified mail costing yet more money. This additional cost was not communicated to me. In addition while the promotion said that some restrictions would apply the amount of restrictions given makes it impossible for me to use these tickets. What a scam. I have filed a compliant with the BBB to get my $70.00 back.
