- I had an unauthorized charge of $29.95 on 5/19/12 from Money Tool Box. I immediately called them and I was told, and sent an email,that a refund would be posted to my account within 5 - 7 business days. After the 5 - 7 days it still was not deposited so I called back and was then told it would be 7 - 10 days. I filed a fraud complaint with my credit union on 5/30/12. On 5/31/12 I had two credits for $29.95 each posted to my account from Money Tool Box. It sounds like they scammed themselves. Don't give up getting your money back.
