Received a telephone call from a man called John that I had won $50,000 and a walmart gift card from Publisher's and Clearing House. I was suppose to call David Taylor at (954)674-6033 for more information. I called David Taylor at the number above he then told me that I would be responsible for 1% of the taxes before they could issue me a cashiers check for the $50,000 and the walmart gift card. I was suppose to go to a Western Union office and send $295 for the 1% tax to Shakerra Collier at Bridgeport, CT. They said that they had paid the 99% taxes for me.

I am not sending them nothing, I know that you don't have to pay to win. I would like to report this because the money is suppose to be sent in the United States and should be able to be stopped. It is not going out of the country like they request most of the time.
