Ad stated newly overhauled. Nowhere on the website does it state refurbished. When GPS arrived <I opened the box and first thing I see is refurbished. In the shipment they sent me nothing states newly overhauled as in their advertisement,only refurbished . So I contact company to return item an then find out there is a 15-20% fee to return. What a racket ,I hope others will see this and be forewarned . thanks Mike
