Apple/Itunes has been repeatedly debiting by bank account via my Paypal account, and using my debit card number that I had entered for a one-time Itunes purchase. I am currently reviewing my bank statements, and I have thousands of dollars in charges for unauthorized Itunes charges. I intend to dispute these charges and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Applie/Itunes is notorious for refusing to refund double and triple billings and for clandestinely charging for apps that appear to be free. This company is unethical! Do not give Apple, Itunes (or Paypal) your bank account, credit or debit card information for a one-time purchase; they retain the information and begin charging your account for fees you are not aware of until you review your bank statements.
