Like many others I intended to order 1 keyboard only advertised at 14.95 plus 7.95 shipping and handling. I also requested the upgrade to the self-illuminating version of the keyboard at an additional $10. With CA tax the total should have come to about $34, still a bit high but that would have been expected. However their final total came to $55.05. Even though the invoice showed a Qty. of 1 they billed for 2 units. When I spoke to customer service they said "Our minimum order is 2" - this is clearly at odds with the info. on their website and is misleading, false advertising. They refused to cancel the order and would only offer a $5 discount, which I refused, stating that I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting them to the California Atty. General, both of which I have now done.
ONE LESSON from this: Never give your credit card info. online to a vendor prior to seeing the final order total. That's what happens on this site. They ask for your credit card info. up front. They realize you would never complete the order if you knew what you were really being charged.
