I ordered touch-up paint for my 2007 Infiniti G35. I spoke with a person at the 1-800 number the website lists. I ordered the paint on Aug. 5, 2011 and still have recieved nothing. On Aug. 8, 2011 my credit card was charged the $14.50. I was given a FedEx tracking number. When I tried to "find" the package with the tracking number, there was NO package pickup made by FedEx. I called FedEx and they informed me that the package was never dropped off by the seller. I emailed everythingG35.com and called them. I was sent a reply stating that the paint was on back order. I asked for a refund. We'll see...

- I was given a full refund 2 days after this complaint was logged. I'm not sure what went wrong here, human error I'm sure. Just wanted to update.
