In viewing my Visa statement, I noticed a charge from this company that neither I nor my husband made or authorized. I immediately called the phone number on my statement to inquire as to what this charge was. I let the rep know that I did not authorize the charge and requested a refund. She promptly cancelled the "order" and provided me with a confirmation number stating that my card account would be credited for the unauthorized charge. I was appalled when I "googled" this company to see the numerous complaints about this fraud.
