This was the second time that I received this call from a few months ago. In these hard economic times,money is short, Congress is making us all suffer because they refuse to help... what can be done to stop these scams. The internet was meant for good purpose, but there are some who are scam nuts who always get over to make a buck. What is this world coming too.
