I was looking to obtain a quick direct deposit loan for $300.00. I was able to do so successfully through another outfit however, the very next day Hydra Fund deposited $250.00 in my account. I didn't notice the deposit until 2 weeks later when they had debited $75.00. I attempted to call them and was on hold at length and decided to try again at another time; unfortunately it hadn't come to mind until yet another debit in the amount of $75.00 had been taken from my account. I spoke with an individual from the "customer service" department and expressed my concern as I don't recall agreeing to the loan, but see that it was deposited and will take care of the debt in that amount. She proceeded to tell me that because I worked with a "middle man" that I agreed to EVERY loan generated through that establishment!! That's unreal, how can people operate like this! She then told me that regardless of whether I satisfied the amount of the loan ($250.00) I still have a balance of $430.00 to pay it off in full! I don't know what to do about this except to close my account. Who can live like this?!?
