Ordered shoes for $53.98 on April 25. Two weeks went by and no response so I filed a dispute with PayPal. Company responded with a tracking number so PayPal closed the dispute. When package arrived it was a shower cap. I immediately responded to PayPal but they closed the dispute. Now I'm trying to appeal with PayPal and have had no luck.
