I ordered a pair of Frye Harlow pumps on May 11, paying 67.95. I never received tracking/shipping information and when I went to the "my account" tab the order stayed "processing" and my payment, via PayPal was "pending". I knew that the payment was not pending since my payment had been debited from my account through PP. I waited the 10 days that they say it takes to ship and received nothing. I made a claim for reimbursement through PP and Rios responded by sending them a tracking number. The item arrived today and it was a plastic shower cap in an envelope. They are a huge fraud. I told PP that they should not be associated as it makes them look fraudulent as well. They are currently investigating and say that I will get my money back if it looks like my side of the story pans out.
