I received a letter in the mail notifying me that I won the 50,000.00 sweepstakes for customers of famous retail stores in the U.S. & U.K.. I was mailed a check for 3,850.00 and directed to use this " deduction from my winnings"'to pay Non-Resident tax clearance fee of 1,920.00 to a Mrs. Pamela Jones in London. I was also given 2 other names with numbers as payment handling officers: Marvin Anderson and Linda Jones. The check had the Willowbend Nursing & rehabilitation Center in mesquite Texas and Bank of America was the bank.
