I just received a package in the mail today from Enutra out of Salt Lake City, UT. I knew I hadn't ordered anything, so was wondering what it was. When I opened the package, there was no paperwork with this bottle of HCG Advanced Weight Loss Breakthrough.

I immediately went online to see who they were and noticed all of the complaints. I then looked at my bank account and didn't see a charge there, so was really confused now. I called the # that I saw when I saw the link that someone else had put on their complaint. When I talked to a customer service rep, I was asked what the last 4 digits of my card were. I told him that I wasn't going to give him any information from my card and to tell me what the 4 digits were. It ended up being from a card I haven't used in months, and rarely use at all.

I am so mad about this I could scream. He told me he would take my name off of some list as well as refund the total amount.

Why and how does this happen????
