Ordered product for a free trail of 4.95 s/h. I asked the customer service person (Stephanie) was the guarentee from ship date or received date, she assurred my it would be noted to extend warranty period to May 30, 2013 so I could truly see what 30 days could offer me.
I have tried serveral times to call their "888"only to get a recording stating the company was have phone problems. I tried to address this online but without success.
I shippped the box, canister and all paperwork back yet today I have a charge
of $79.95, my bank (US Bank) said this transaction was authorized!
My next step is to call AZ BBB.
