The Customer Service person, Pamela, said I had opened an account in November 2011 on a 30-day trial bases. I started getting billed December 30th for $24.95. I received another charge in January 2012 and called the company to complaint that I did not order anything or sign up for anything and requested to be taken off their list and refund my money. I did not get anything in February to get my refund but they did charge me. They have charged me every month from December to present.
I called them again on May 30th at 2:30 PM and spoke with Pamela. I again asked to take me off their charge list and provide me with a refund. Pamala said they will send me a letter to get the refund and I just need to check a box and send it back. She also said the whole process will take 6 to 8 weeks all total.
I will wait and see what happens but these people are a bunch of scumbags who prey on people. They need to be shut down
