Cartus is a moving company, largely working on US gov't business and token corporate accounts, one of which is my previous employer.
I am posting this to ensure that anyone who is forced to work with either of these firms be diligent in their dealings. If you have a choice, walk away, find another firm. Both CARTUS and PARAMOU NT are sloppy and make frequent mistakes. At all times, communication in writing - insist on it, and be sure that estimates are very descriptive in what the cost includes and doesn't include. DO NOT TRUST VERBAL PROMISES
