On or about August 8 I watched their sales pitch and decided I was not interested and clicked on "leave the page". Immediately there was a FREE 3 day trial offer so I decided to at least see what their program involved. I was asked for my credit card information with the note "IMPORTANT This transaction is for authorization only, your credit card will not be charged." On August 11 I was charged $97 dollars and after inquiry was told that $97 was charged automatically after the three day trial (every month).I have protested long and load, cancelled my false "membership". Asked to be refunded under their 180 Day Iron Clad Guarantee (for any reason under the Sun). No answer -no refund. And to top it off I was never sent information as how to log in and use the Free Three Trial to see what it was all about! I have print outs of all their information, forms, etc to support my claim. The next step is my credit card company.
