I was surfing for a mens athletic shoe sale on line for Canadians. I found a site called Total Sports. They had Nike Avid Varisty on sale for half the price in Canada. I saw my respected and frequently used PayPal was there to complete the transaction. I ordered the shoes. 6 weeks later no shoes? I emailed the address on their site with no reply. I tried 4 times daily for seven days with no reply. I decided to check the company on line to find that over a thousand people have been scammed by them. They operate out of China. After investigations PayPal has agreed to refund me only if I send the sponge back I recieved from China and send in a tracking number. Canada Post wanted $19.99 for a tracking number. I refuse to get further into debt so I am I not supplying PayPal with a tracking number and escalating the matter to the CEO of PayPal.
