I called them to just inquire about internet service and at the end of the call I told the lady I was not interested at the time and wanted to look around because earth link does not even have a technition. And they sent me the router that I did not want and charged me first month bill and 19.99 shipping and handling. Well after fighting with them I got my first month bill money back but they said the 19.99 was non refundable. Which I can understand had I asked them to send it. But because they sent it without my permission I feel that it is unfair and I even returned the package un opened. It is absolutely unjust for them to do this to me
