to whom it may concern, i ordered this product information in may 2012 and received a disc that has absolutely no information on it, this is BS, I am a very handy person when it comes to most things, i ordered this item to get the information to further my knowlage on this topic and have been totally ripped off as a disabled person this is NOT how people are to act in life or any other place, this product is a complete scam and would expect that the individuals responsible should be held accountable and return anyones monies that has purchased this info in good faith, these individuals are the lowest form of life to take advantage of people, espacially the disabled
