When I received my credit card statement I noticed a charge from this company. My card was charged $23.00 on May 7 and the charge was refunded on May 8. I immediately notified the credit card company who told me that it's possible this is an error, but since it was refunded the next day, that it's highly likely this was a scam. Someone is testing my credit card to see if the charge is noticed. When I contacted No More Rack Customer Service at 1-800-538-9798 - they asked me to send in my credit card statement so they could "verify" the charge. I asked them to search their system using my address and email and they said they did not locate me in the system. I have left a message with their main headquarters and I am waiting for a response.
