International boundaries

Some how company got my banking information. They withdrew $29.35 from my account for 4 months before I noticed. I contacted bank and requested stop payment. I did get hold of company asked what deduction was for and who authorized a deduction from my bank. They asked if I had applied for a payday loan. Said I probably clicked on their advertisement. Said they can refund only one month. I never got out of them who authorized it. I also did not tell them my bank called them and was informed different information.
