I THOUGHT THIS WAS JUST A BIDDING SITE. THEY ASKED ME FOR MY INFO. MY NAME,ADDRESS,AND TOLD ME I COULD NOT START BIDDING WITH OUT PUTTING IN MY CREDIT CARD NO#. THAT THEY ONLY NEEDED THE CREDIT CARD NO.# TO SAVE TIME IF I WIN A BID. BUT INSTEAD THEY WENT AND CHARGED $75.00 TO MY MASTERCARD. THEY ARE SAYING THAT THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS TO TRY AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THEY ALSO DO NOT ALLOW ME TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT NOW AND I HAD TO GO AHEAD AND CANCEL MY MASTERCARD AND GET A NEW ONE BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALL MY INFORMATION!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND THEY'RE SAYING I PURCHASED A PACK OF BIDS THAT I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, I CAN'T BELIEVE THERE ARE COMPANIES AND PEOPLE THAT RUN THEM OUT THERE LIKE THIS!
