On 5/51/2012 Capitol Payday took $30. from my checking account that I haven't used in months. They overdrew my account and it cost me another $35. for over draft fees. I do not have a loan with this company or anything. I don't even know how they got my old bank information. There has not been any activity in this account for many many months. I called them and they offered me a $100. gift card of some kind instead of returning the money. Of course I said no. I am very very pissed about this. They are scammers and don't and won't return the money!!
