I have the same complaint as a someone else on here. my husband ordered ours over the phone buy one get one free. well they kept trying to sell him things and finally he just hung up after a month or so we received a package in the mail with four magic mesh's in the box!! we also checked our credit card and found they had charged us 71.70 for the product that was 14.99 like the other complaint there IS no paperwork in the box whatsoever. now i have to pay for return shipping and tracking to be sure they get it and get my 71.00 refunded to me. this is unbelievabe that people can do this and get away with it!! Shame on you!! The worst thing of all is to find out that the whole time he was talking to a computerized message. Funny how they could bill me for this without giving me any kind of confirmation for it. Well i am sending this back and I am expecting a FULL refund.
