Every month since 21/03/12 the sum of £10 has been withdrawn from my account by this company. At no time did i agree to have this money taken from my account.When i have phoned their customer service dept they want either my credit card number or my account number. There is no way i would give details of my credit card number and i have never received anything giving me details of an account number.The bank haven't been very helpful my next step is to contact Trading Standards.
