I received 27 text messages from this number over two months. I never use SMS so I was not aware of the messages. When finally I did read one I did not understand it - thought it was selling me something.
I was horrified to find I had been billed $4.55 approx. for each text.
I had never knowingly subscribed to the service.
I am an old age pensioner and cannot afford to have bill like this.
My service carrier was understanding and put my call through to Prize King but I could only get a recorded message.
I phoned the company again a day later but still no human contact.
I would appreciate it if you would assist me.
