I was called by Chuck French saying he was sent to me from a lender I had spoken to and he guaranteed me a loan modification that I had been turned down for. I had to send his company, I'm Not Leaving.com a check for $2000 and he would get a modification. The company quit returning my calls and in August, they were shut down by the attorney general of Texas.
Never deal with Chuck French from Ohio or anyone guaranteeing a modification.
