I received a letter with Costco on the return address. It was a check for $3980.00 from Mid-State Supply stating I had won the Mega Lottery and the check amount would be deducted from my winnings. The letter asked me not to use the check until I called Michael Dundas at 1-416-831-5960. I immediately knew it was a scam because there was no reference to Costco in the letter. The Beaumont Investment Group in the UK is apparently responsible for the mailing.
