I have been corresponding with Bidrack regarding my $99 dispute. They said they sent my complaint to upper management regarding a refund, then they emailed me back and said they didn't see where I was defrauded. If I, being a intelligent individual, thought that I was starting an account in the event that I won a bid paid $99 to just look at the site and become a member then BIDRACK is a SCAM!! I had no intentions of becoming a BIDRACK Bid Member. Had I known that is what I was doing I WOULD HAVE NEVER GIVEN MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!! BIDRACK NEEDS TO PUT ON THEIR SITE A WARNING THAT YOU WILL BE JOINING THEIR CLUB FOR $99 TO LOOK AT THEIR SITE!! Until that happens they will continue to SCAM individuals like myself out of $99.
