I noticed a debit for 39.99 to oxmerix llc webpayment. i had no idea who they were or how they got my banking information. my bank was able to find a phone no for them but i had found it on the internet while i was waiting on them. i called they are a identity fraud service imagine that they commit fraud telling you they can help you. i did not sign up for a 39.99 a month service with them or global tel com which is a sister company i think. i dont have that much to spend monthly or even one time. i called them and they canceled but they said they did not know about a refund. i disputed it with my bank and the bank gave back the money. i still dont know how it is that they say i signed up for their service and had my banking information. i had not applied for any services on the internet in weeks if not months. i have had a problem with other companys piggy backing on something else that i was applying for but this is a mystery this is the second comany in about two weeks
