This lady is part of a group on Ebay harassing others who sell, I offered her a refund and she refused email exchanges can be posted for proof, she did not receive anything fake from me and when she could not bluff me she became angry I offered her a refund twice: here is the proof

I received the item and it was packaged with great care so thank you for that, the box does have a dent on one of the back corner sides but thast not the main issue. I would like to know where this item was originally purchsed as I buy and wear MAC makeup all the time and the packaging for this particular item seems of lesser quality (fake). I haven't used the product as I will be taking it to a MAC store to get it looked at.

I was given this for Christmas, you may send it back and I will issue refund as long as its not used. I don't deal in MAC cosmetics and I don't deal in fakes, item was sold in genuine honesty.
