I asked HelpMe to give me advice about a car repair problem. I wanted them to advise me about the cost of repairing an odometer/gear/ indicator light. Every thing went through very well except I did not receive advice. When I tried to access my site with a password provided by them I could not. There is no way to contact them except there is a mailing address:237 W 35th Street, Suite 1101, New York, NY 10001. This happened June 4,2012 at 5:30 PM. I want them to refund the amount they have charged on my credit card. They provided a way to cancel but it is not available since I can't access my site.

- This is Geoff from HelpMe. Joy's question received an expert answer within half an hour, but apparently our site had a problem with her login and she was unable to view it. We refunded Joy's money completely two days after she asked her question. In addition, I've sent her a link to her question, with the answer, and invited her to contact our support team or me directly if her login still doesn't work. Our goal at HelpMe is to get people the best expert answers to their questions. Although an answer was posted, I'm sorry we didn't succeed in that goal this time.
