South Africa- DermaScience/Relift XS both offered a free sample with $6 shipping each. I ordered, kept invoices/order e-mails etc. Needless to say, no creams have arrived and the tracking numbers with FedEx do not exist. Upon looking for the company website the third site or so on Google webpage had the words scam and it became apparent. The worrying factor is that in fine print they say that approx. R850 per product per month will be deducted after a month trial period. Several (most) of the read mails have had this problem which amounts to a rather substantial rip-off. Tomorrow will go to the bank to look at account for amounts fraudulently withdrawn. What is also worrying is the graphics of every secure-payment company so liberally placed all over their site (eg: PayPal etc), the ability to trust an internet company is severly compromised by the inability of the Web to have control over/pick up on these clearly visible deceptive ploys, what about the ones that aren't so blatant?
