Company / website run by a person called Susie Stein, who solicits people to
subscribe to her service. In initial phone call she promises to find suitable roommates who are screened and available in your area. After agreeing and paying with a debit card, she will send a written verification that payment was
received and is non-refundable. Any further communication to or from them is
impossible. There have been no referrals from them since joining two months ago She does not respond to phone calls or written letters. There is no working website which a subscriber can view or enter personal data or photos as was promised. Everything that was stated or promised is untrue, and only intended to get people to subscribe, and then will completely ignore them. I believe her business model is to present a slick, legitimate looking webpage, getting people to call her, while blatently lying about providing a service, then completely avoiding any further contact, and she must be assuming that it is not worth the trouble for people to report her to authorities or try to recover their money. She claims to have been "doing this" since 1977.
