they took money out of my account without talking to me about it and they said they talked to me but it wasn't me because i don't recall talking to them about taking any money out of my account and when i did look them up online and called them they told me i couldn't get my money back and that they have not removed my money but when i talked to my bank they said the money was removed from my account so what do i do or how do i get my money back
