Update : GOOD news for me .
I submitted a complaint here on the 5/16/2012 and yesterday received this from payPal after opening a dispute ..... bla de bla
"We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
favour.
We were able to recover $27.23 USD, and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow 5 business days for this adjustment to be posted."

Did PayPal have you return your original package? I sent a complaint I got a shower cap not shoes. I'm afraid if I send it back and no one signs for it then not only am I out the original cash but the postage to china.

No I didn't send it back. But i provided heaps of info and cut and pasting to clarify that this was a waste of time to send it back.
Provide all the post info you can retrieve from the package sent to you.
